Marassi Al Roads Gen. Cont. Co. has implemented an effective quality management system controlling quality of construction and supply of its products. Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans have been put in place and are always updated to ensure contractual compliance to quality standards set by clients and adhering to our QMS ISO 9001:2008 certification.
HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)
Marassi Al Roads Gen. Cont. Co. obtained an effective safety management capability in line with ISO, OHSAS & local
standards in order to always treat human & environmental safety as a top priority. A full time
safety manager and supporting team are appointed with the support of a tried and tested safety
management plan with its associated safety documentation.
Project Management
Marassi Al Roads Gen. Cont. Co. focuses on managing projects by following a professional project management
methodology. We utilize computer software along with our experience and certified team of
project managers to manage the procurement, progress and cash flow of projects. Clients are
also provided with program and cash flow updates on weekly/monthly basis or as requested.
